Slack definition

Slack means the Slack entity which is a party to this DPA, as specified in the section “HOW THIS DPA APPLIES” above, being Slack Technologies, Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware and/or Slack Technologies Limited, a company constituted under the laws of Ireland, as applicable.
Slack has the meaning given thereto in the preamble.
