Delivery Point ; shall mean the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.
Motor fuel pump means a pump, meter, or similar commercial weighing and measuring device used to measure and dispense motor fuel for sale on a retail basis.
Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.
Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.
