Skilled Person means the skilled person appointed pursuant to section 166 of the Act to assess and report upon SBUK’s AML processes;

Skilled Person. Means a person who has been trained, has adequate knowledge for the task at hand and declared competent in writing. Supervision/Supervise Means to oversee the actions of a person(s) to such an extent as to prevent any dangerous act, as far as reasonably practicable.
