Skilled Person definition

Skilled Person means any person who in the opinion of the engineer is sufficiently skilled and qualified to execute, supervise and inspect work pertaining to high voltage regard being had to his experience and knowledge of electrical practice;
Skilled Person means the skilled person appointed pursuant to section 166 of the Act to assess and report upon SBUK’s AML processes;
Skilled Person s Report” means the report dated 10 February 2012 of the Skilled Person whom the Authority required Bank of Beirut to appoint pursuant to s166 of the Act.
