SJV System definition

SJV System means the 189.2 mile crude pipeline system (collectively, the “SJV System”) which consists of: (i) the M1, M55 and M70 pipelines in California with approximately 110,000 bpd of capacity; (ii) 11 pipeline stations positioned between Belridge and the Torrance Refinery with heavy crude heating, pumping and storage capabilities; and (iii) 11 breakout tanks with an aggregate capacity of 988,000 barrels.
SJV System means the proprietary crude oil gathering pipeline system located on the west side of San Xxxxxxx Valley, California, in the area of the South Belridge and Midway-Sunset oil fields and related terminal, oil storage and other facilities owned by CGC, as generally described at Exhibit D to this Agreement.
SJV System means the Crude Pipelines and the Tanks.

  • Consideration for the services provided hereunder effective as of the SJV System Drop Down Closing Date shall be an administrative fee (the “Administrative Fee”) of $5,700,000 per year, payable in equal monthly installments on or before the tenth business day of each calendar month, with any partial months prorated.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
