Site Services Agreements means the agreements between Weyerhaeuser and Newco pursuant to which Weyerhaeuser and Newco shall agree to provide the goods and services set forth in Section 9.03 of the Weyerhaeuser Disclosure Letter under the heading “Site Services Agreements” under the terms and subject to the conditions set forth therein.

Examples of Site Services Agreements in a sentence

  • As soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this Agreement, but in any event prior to Closing, the parties will cooperate in good faith to define with greater specificity the services outlined on Exhibit “A”s to the Site Services Agreements and confirm the costs associated with such services.

Related to Site Services Agreements

  • Transition Services Agreements means any agreements that receive the prior approval of the Commission between Respondents and an Acquirer to provide, at the option of the Acquirer, Transition Services (or training for an Acquirer to provide services for itself), necessary to transfer the Retail Fuel Assets to the Acquirer and to operate the Retail Fuel Outlet Businesses in a manner consistent with the purposes of this Order.
