  • Utility Installation means carpeting, window coverings, air lines, power panels, electrical distribution systems, lighting fixtures, space heaters, air conditioning, plumbing, and fencing. Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of said alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations at the expiration of the term, and restore the Premises to their prior condition.
