  • On the Document Closing Date, Borrower shall issue to Agent, on behalf of the Eurodollar Lenders, two Site Notes (a "Tranche A Eurodollar Site Note" substantially in the form of Exhibit A-ES and a "Tranche B Eurodollar Site Note" substantially in the form of Exhibit B-ES).
