Site Expiration Date definition

Site Expiration Date means, as to any Site, the sooner to occur of (A) if arrangements have not been entered into to secure the tenure of the relevant Ground Lease pursuant to an extension, new Ground Lease or otherwise, one day prior to the expiration of the relevant Ground Lease (as the same may be amended, extended or renewed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement), or (B) the applicable Site Expiration Outside Date.
Site Expiration Date means, as to any Site, (a) as to an Owned Site, the Site Expiration Outside Date and (b) as to a Leased Site or Other Interest Site, the sooner to occur of (i) one day prior to the expiration of the relevant Ground Lease (as the same may be extended or renewed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement), or (ii) the Site Expiration Outside Date.
Site Expiration Date means, as to any Site, the sooner to occur of (A) if arrangements have not been entered into to secure the tenure of the relevant Ground Lease pursuant to an extension, new Ground Lease or otherwise, one day prior to the expiration of the relevant Ground Lease (as the same may be amended, extended or renewed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement) provided that if Tower Operator is engaged in good faith discussions with the Ground Lessor for the negotiation of a Ground Lease extension, the Site Expiration Date for such Site shall be extended until the earliest of (i) the termination of such negotiations, (ii) 12 months after the expiration of the Ground Lease, and (iii) Ground Lessor’s issuance to a Verizon Group Member or Tower Operator of a notice of eviction, or (B) the applicable Site Expiration Outside Date.

  • The term of this Agreement, as to each Lease Site, shall commence on the Effective Date with respect to the Initial Lease Sites and on the Subsequent Closing Date with respect to all other Lease Sites, and in each case shall expire on the applicable Site Expiration Date, subject to the termination provisions of Section 29, Section 35 and Section 36 and the other provisions of this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, pursuant to the provisions of Section 3(a) of this Agreement, the applicable Site Expiration Date for each Non-Contributable Site shall be the date that would be the Site Expiration Date for such Site if such Non-Contributable Site was a Lease Site as of the Initial Closing Date.

  • The term of this Agreement, as to each Lease Site, shall commence on the Effective Date with respect to the Initial Lease Sites and Conversion Closing Date with respect to all other Lease Sites and shall expire on the Site Expiration Date for such Site, subject to the termination rights under Section 29, Section 35 and Section 36, except as may be earlier terminated as provided herein.

Site Expiration Date means, as to any Site, the date on which the Term of this Sublease expires.
Site Expiration Date means, as to any Leased Site, if arrangements have not been entered into to secure the tenure of the relevant Site Lease pursuant to an extension, new Site Lease or otherwise, one day prior to the expiration of the relevant Site Lease (as the same may be amended, extended or renewed pursuant to the terms of this MLA); provided, however, that in the event Tower Owner continues remitting payment to a Lessor under a Site Lease as a holdover tenant, such Site shall not be deemed to have reached the Site Expiration Date until the earliest to occur of the following: (i) said Lessor has issued a notice of eviction to either Tower Owner or NT Collocator or any of its Affiliates, (ii) NT Collocator is unable to access such Site as permitted by this MLA and delivers notice of same to Tower or Tower Owner otherwise provides notice to NT Collocator that the Site Expiration Date has occurred.
Site Expiration Date means, with respect to any Site, the earlier to occur of (a) with respect to Leased Sites only, the expiration of the relevant Ground Lease (as the same may be extended or renewed pursuant to the terms hereof), (b) the Purchase Option Closing Date, or if the purchase option under Section 31 is not exercised, the Purchase Option Trigger Date, or (c) any date on which this Sublease may terminate with respect to such Site in accordance with the provisions of this Sublease.
Site Expiration Date is defined in Section 2.5(a) of the Lease.

Related to Site Expiration Date

  • L/C Expiration Date means the day that is thirty days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Lease Expiration Date means the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the Dutch Note and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder.
