Site Engineering Application definition

Site Engineering Application. The application form set forth in Exhibit "H" of this Attachment.
Site Engineering Application. The application form set forth in Exhibit "A" of this Agreement which shall be submitted to Licensor by Licensee when Licensee desires to license Facilities at a Site or make a Major Modification to its Equipment at a Site (except as otherwise set forth in Section 2.2 of this Agreement), and which shall be incorporated into the subject SLA, or amendment to SLA, as the case may be."

Examples of Site Engineering Application in a sentence

  • A Subdivision application for a preliminary plat must be submitted with a companion Site Engineering Application, unless the Preliminary Plat is part of a Planned Unit Development with an already approved Final Development Plan and approved Site Engineering Plan.

  • In the event that Licensee elects to execute a SLA for any Site where Licensor has previously incurred any Extraordinary Site Development Costs, Licensor shall identify such costs to Licensee in writing in advance of processing the Site Engineering Application for the applicable Site.

  • The Site Application Fee shall be retained by Licensor in the event the subject Site Engineering Application is withdrawn by Licensee.

  • Licensee shall not occupy any additional space on the tower, additional ground space or equipment shelter space, except as specified in the applicable SLA and upon approval of a Site Engineering Application.

More Definitions of Site Engineering Application

Site Engineering Application. The application form set forth in Exhibit "A" of this Agreement which shall be submitted to Licensor by Licensee when Licensee is interested in licensing a Site or subsequently modifying its previous installation at any Site, as further described in Article 2.
Site Engineering Application. The application form (as may be amended by Licensor from time to time), which shall be submitted to Licensor by Licensee when Licensee desires to apply for a license to install or make a Modification to Equipment. The approved Site Engineering Application is attached to, and incorporated into, this Agreement as part of Exhibit B.

Related to Site Engineering Application

  • Site Engineer means an Engineer appointed by the SBIIMS at site as their representative for day-to-day supervision of work and to give instructions to the contractors.

  • Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;

  • Planning Application means the application for [outline/full] planning permission dated [ ] bearing the Council’s reference number [ ];

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • Architect/Engineer or “A/E” means the Person identified in the Agreement responsible for providing professional design services and construction contract administration for the Project. The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Quality Surveillance Engineer / Inspector means any person appointed by or on behalf of the Purchaser to inspect or carry out quality surveillance on supplies, stores or work under the Contract or any person deputed by the Quality Surveillance Engineer for the said purpose.

  • Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.
