Site Energy Use Intensity (EUI) definition
Site Energy Use Intensity (EUI) means the site energy use divided by the Gross Floor Area, as defined by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. A normalized EUI is adjusted for property characteristics, site energy factors, and source energy factors as determined by the ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager.
