Site Condominium definition

Site Condominium means a development which creates detached condominium units intended for use as single-family dwellings, and which are subject to this chapter.
Site Condominium means a tract or parcel of land that has been subdivided under the requirements of Act 59 of the Public Acts of 1978, as amended.
