Site Charges definition

Site Charges means the costs associated with a location where Service is provided.
Site Charges means the monthly charges for the Service at a Site as set out in each respective Order Form. For Services subject to variable charges (e.g. voice services), the Site Charges shall consist of the fixed monthly charges and the variable charges of the last three (3) Months divided by three (3).

Examples of Site Charges in a sentence

  • For valid claims, BT will give you a Service Credit of 2 per cent of the Monthly Site Charges if BT fails to meet the average Packet Delivery target for any CoS in any month.

  • For valid claims, BT will give you a Service Credit of 2 per cent of the Monthly Site Charges if BT fails to meet the average RTD target for any CoS in any month.

  • For claims that BT reasonably considers to be valid, BT will give you a Service Credit of 2 per cent of the Monthly Site Charges if BT fails to meet the average Jitter target in any month.

  • Firm Rates (inclusive of Excise Duty, transportation, insurance, Packaging, Installation & Training at Site Charges and any incidental charges) should be quoted for the Equipments on door delivery basis.

  • BT will give you a Service Credit of 4 per cent of the Monthly Site Charges if the target is missed by more than 20 per cent.

  • Site Charges, if not pre-booked (lifting vehicles) = 1st hour free, then 2nd hour onward £100 per hour or part thereof waiting.

  • For Voice Services with multiple Access Lines to a Site, where some Access Lines have failed, the Service Credit for Availability will be calculated in proportion to the total Site Charges.

  • Note 4: Asset Impairment and Other Site Charges The company periodically assesses its worldwide manufacturing capacity to maximize the efficiency of its worldwide manufacturing operations.

  • HV Ops will pay Glencore Coal for all costs, charges and expenses which are incurred by Glencore Group in providing the services and which are not Site Charges (the “General Charges”).

Related to Site Charges

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • LATE CHARGES All invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Any invoices not paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date are subject to a one percent (1%) per month financing charge on any unpaid balance but only to the extent permitted by law.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Imbalance Charges means any fees, penalties, costs or charges (in cash or in kind) assessed by a Transporter for failure to satisfy the Transporter's balance and/or nomination requirements.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Spread Maintenance Premium means, with respect to any payment or prepayment, an amount equal to the product of the following: (i) the LIBOR Margin, the Alternate Rate Spread or the Base Rate Spread then applicable to each such future installment of interest, multiplied by (ii) the principal amount of the Loan so prepaid, and multiplied by (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days following the date through which interest on the prepaid amount has been paid through and including December 14, 2019, and the denominator of which is 360.

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Yield Maintenance Premium means the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining principal amount of the Note or the principal amount of a Defeased Note, as applicable, will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Debt charges means the principal, including any mandatory sinking fund deposits and mandatory redemption payments, interest, and any redemption premium, payable on securities as those payments come due and are payable. The use of "debt charges" for this purpose does not imply that any particular securities constitute debt within the meaning of the Ohio Constitution or other laws.

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Additional Rent(s) means amounts payable under any Lease for (i) the payment of additional rent based upon a percentage of the Tenant’s business during a specified annual or other period (sometimes referred to as “percentage rent”), (ii) so-called common area maintenance or “CAM” charges, and (iii) so called “escalation rent” or additional rent based upon such tenant’s allocable share of insurance, real estate taxes or operating expenses or labor costs or cost of living or xxxxxx’x wages or otherwise.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Property Documents means, collectively, (a) the Leases, (b) the Contracts, and (c) any other documents or instruments which constitute, evidence or create any portion of the Property.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities, for aircraft, their crews, passengers and cargo.
