SISR definition

SISR means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Exagen Information Security Requirements in effect as of the Effective Date, a copy of which has been made available to Exagen, and as revised from time to time by JBI and made available to Exagen. Exagen shall have 30 days after receipt of a SISR revision from JBI to reject any new requirements contained therein. If Exagen rejects the revised SISR, JBI shall have the right to terminate this Agreement. If Exagen intends to implement a change to its systems, policies or procedures that would reduce the level of safeguards already in place, Exagen shall notify JBI and, upon JBI’s approval, implement such change.

Examples of SISR in a sentence

  • Supplier shall abide by the provisions of Section 4.5 of the Master Agreement entitled AT&T Supplier Information Security Requirements (SISR) and associated Appendix O.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, where there is a conflict between capitalized terms found in the SISR and those found elsewhere in the Agreement, the capitalized terms found in the SISR shall control.

  • Supplier shall cooperate fully with AT&T, including by completing checklists or similar documentation, to ensure that Customer Information, AT&T Derived Information, Software and/or computer systems Supplier develops, designs, supports and/or uses under this Agreement comply with the standards and requirements set forth in the SISR.

  • For avoidance of doubt, if the Participant is employed by an Affiliate that is sold or otherwise ceases to be an Affiliate of the Company, the Participant shall incur a termination of employment by the Company and all Affiliates of the Company under this Agreement.

  • Supplier agrees to comply with the AT&T Supplier Information Security Requirements (SISR) set forth in Appendix O attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.

  • CSAM or "Credit Suisse" (or any combination thereof).

  • BSA is defined in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Business association means a nonpublic corporation, joint stock company, investment company, business trust, partnership, or association for business purposes of 2 or more individuals, whether or not for profit, including a banking organization, financial organization, insurance company, or utility.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.
