Sinosure Insurance Premium definition

Sinosure Insurance Premium means the premium payable to Sinosure in respect of the Sinosure Policy in accordance with Clause 9 (Fees).
Sinosure Insurance Premium means the one time consideration required by Sinosure to insure the political and commercial risks in relation to this Agreement. The estimated premium as of the Signing Date is fourteen-million, two hundred fifteen thousand, six-hundred twenty-four US Dollars and forty-five cents ($US 14,215, 624.45); provided that such premium may be more or less than the referenced amount, depending on Sinosure’s risk analysis at the time of the policy’s issuance.
