Single-occupant vehicle definition

Single-occupant vehicle means a vehicle occupied by one employee.
Single-occupant vehicle means a motor vehicle, including a motorcycle, occupied by one person for commute purposes. If there are other passengers occupying the motor vehicle, but the ages of these passengers are sixteen or under, the motor vehicle is still considered a "single-occupant vehicle" for measurement purposes.
