Single-occupancy bathroom definition

Single-occupancy bathroom means a bathroom intended for use by no more than one occupant at a time or for family or assisted use and which has a door for entry into and egress from the bathroom that may be locked by the occupant to ensure privacy and security.
Single-occupancy bathroom or 'changing facility' means a facility designed or designated to be used by only one person at a time where students may be in various states of undress. A single occupancy bathroom or changing facility includes, but is not limited to, a single stall restroom designated as unisex or for use based on biological sex.

Such Records Management Officer shall develop and coordinate an orderly and efficient records management program. This program includes the legal disposition or destruction of obsolete records and the storage and management of inactive records. The Records Management Officer shall further be given the authority and responsibility to work with other local officials at all levels in the development and maintenance of the records management program. In addition, a Records Advisory Board may be created to assist in establishing and supporting the records management program. The District's legal counsel, the fiscal officer, and the Superintendent or designee may comprise the Advisory Board.

  • Single Room Occupancy or “SRO” means housing consisting of single room dwelling units that is the primary residence of its occupant or occupants. An SRO does not include facilities for students.
