Single-Name CLN definition

Single-Name CLN means a single name credit linked note where the Issuer purchases credit protection from the Noteholders in respect of only one Reference Entity. Upon the delivery of a Credit Event Notice, the Notes will, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms, be redeemed in whole (subject to the application of Condition 5(b)(v)).

  • Common name means any designation or identification such as code name, code number, trade name, brand name or generic name used to identify a chemical other than by its chemical name.

  • Single coat means one film coating applied to a metal surface.

  • User Name means any user name allocated to the Customer for access to the Services;

  • Single Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in a single homogeneous phase and which does not require that the product container be shaken before use.

  • Single-state license means a nurse license issued by a party state that authorizes practice only within the issuing state and does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in any other party state.
