SINGLE FAMILY EQUIVALENT (SFE) definition

SINGLE FAMILY EQUIVALENT (SFE) means the average wastewater flow characteristics of a single-family residence within the District's sewer service area. (Refer to the schedule of SFE's attached as Exhibit B).
