Single Exit Price definition

Single Exit Price means a single exit price included in a transparent pricing system contemplated in section 22G(2)(a) of the Medicines And Related Substances Act, 101 of 1965, which is published as prescribed, and such price shall be the only price at which manufacturers shall sell medicines and scheduled substances to any person other than the State;
Single Exit Price means the price set by the manufacturer or importer of a medicine or Scheduled substance in terms of these regulations combined with the logistics fee and VAT and is the price of the lowest unit of the medicine or Scheduled substance within a pack multiplied by the number of units in the pack;
