Singapore Administrative Agent definition

Singapore Administrative Agent means any financial institution which hereafter becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to a Singapore Joinder Agreement, in its capacity as administrative agent for the Singapore Revolving Lenders hereunder and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

Examples of Singapore Administrative Agent in a sentence

  • The Singapore Borrower and the other Singapore Loan Parties will maintain the Singapore Administrative Agent as their principal depository bank, including for the maintenance of operating, administrative, cash management, collection activity, and other deposit accounts for the conduct of its business.
