Similar Agreement means a support agreement with substantially identical terms to this Agreement entered into by the Company and a Noteholder.

Similar Agreement means each guaranty (a) under which Guarantor is a guarantor, (b) which provides for a limited payment guaranty and recourse for customary “bad boy” acts (which may include, without limitation, each of the acts specified in Article II(b) hereof) and (c) which relates to a repurchase agreement, warehouse facility, credit facility or other similar arrangement with Guarantor or any Subsidiary thereof (other than the Master Repurchase Agreement and the Pre-Existing Agreement) which finances commercial real estate debt interests which are substantially similar to the Eligible Assets and has a maximum potential availability of $500,000,000 or greater.
