SILVER STAR definition

SILVER STAR means Silver Star Oil Company, and any Person who acquires or refinances the Liabilities owed by the Purchaser to Silver Star as of the date of this Agreement or which may be subsequently owed by the Purchaser to Silver Star pursuant to the terms of that certain Non-Revolving Line of Credit Agreement dated August 30, 2015, by and between Purchaser and Silver Star, and any amendment thereto.
