SilkRoad means SilkRoad Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or one of its Affiliates if such Affiliate executes an Order Form with Client in its own capacity.

  • Greenfield means land not developed beyond agricultural, range, or forestry use.

  • Sproule means Sproule Associates Limited, independent petroleum consultants of Calgary, Alberta.
