Significant work as used in this section, means all work which (1) involves the excavation, filling, or other alteration of the grade or drainage of the Leased Premises, or (2) involves the construction, demolition, or removal on or from the Leased Premises of any improvement. Tenant shall not make alterations to the grade or drainage of the Leased Premises without the written approval of the Landlord. Landlord shall not alter the grade or drainage of the adjacent properties such that drainage will flow over or through the Leased Premises of the Tenant.
