Examples of Significant Restricted Subsidiary in a sentence
If an Event of Default specified in clause (g) or (h) of Section 6.01 occurs with respect to the Company or any Significant Restricted Subsidiary (or any group of Restricted Subsidiaries that together constitutes a Significant Restricted Subsidiary), the principal of, premium, if any, and accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes then outstanding shall automatically become and be immediately due and payable without any declaration or other act on the part of the Trustee or any Holder.
If an event of default specified in clause (7) or (8) above occurs with respect to the Company or any Significant Restricted Subsidiary, the principal of, premium, if any, and accrued and unpaid interest on the Senior Notes then outstanding shall automatically become and be immediately due and payable without any declaration or other act on the part of the Trustee or any Holder.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an Event of Default specified in clause (g) or (h) of Section 6.01 hereof occurs with respect to the Company, any of its Significant Restricted Subsidiaries or any group of Restricted Subsidiaries that, taken as a whole, would constitute a Significant Restricted Subsidiary, all outstanding Notes shall be due and payable immediately without further action or notice.
In the case of an Event of Default specified in clause (k) or (l) of Section 6.01 hereof, with respect to either Issuer, any Significant Restricted Subsidiary or any group of Restricted Subsidiaries that, taken together, would constitute a Significant Restricted Subsidiary, all outstanding Notes shall become due and payable immediately without further action or notice.
