Significant ownership interest means an ownership interest that causes the owner to have significant control of a licensee or applicant as determined by the board.
Significant ownership interest means shares of a publicly traded Company greater than $50,000 in value or an equity interest in a privately held Company greater than 5% at the time of disclosure. This does not include interests invested in diversified funds whose holdings cannot be controlled by the disclosing individual.
