Significant Asset means any property of a corporation (including any contract, shares in a company or interest in a joint venture) that has a value exceeding the greater of —
Significant Asset means an item of capital expenditure (excluding real property) the value of which exceeds the Significant Asset Threshold Value.
Significant Asset means any asset or class of assets which value is at least ten percent (10%) of Owner’s total assets as of the date of this Agreement.
