Signature Restaurant definition

Signature Restaurant means a restaurant other than a "fast food" chain, that is unique and/or not practicably capable of being duplicated because of: (i) its existing highly favorable reputation; (ii) the highly favorable reputation in the restaurant community of its chef, (iii) the highly favorable reputation of the restaurant developer with either the restaurant community or with a reasonably sophisticated public; or (iv) a combination of elements that together would beneficially complement the aura of the Center.

Examples of Signature Restaurant in a sentence

  • Owner and Manager have agreed on a trade name for (i) the Lobby Pub (“Mamey”) and Pool Bar (“Mamey on 3rd”), and (ii) the Signature Restaurant (“Orno”).

  • Any change with respect to the Signature Restaurant Concept shall automatically be a Manager Concept.

  • Manager shall also notify Owner and Hotel Operator with respect to any Maintenance and Repair for the Managed Facilities other than the Signature Restaurant, and of the need for any Maintenance and Repair of which Manager is aware, and Owner shall, or shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause Hotel Operator to, perform all such Maintenance and Repair, as well as all such other Maintenance and Repair as provided in the applicable Annual Plan.

  • Any change with respect to the Signature Restaurant Concept, the Lobby Pub Concept and/or the Pool Bar Concept shall automatically be a Manager Concept.
