E-Signature means the process of attaching to or logically associating with an Electronic Transmission an electronic symbol, encryption, digital signature or process (including the name or an abbreviation of the name of the party transmitting the Electronic Transmission) with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such Electronic Transmission.
Signature means a tangible symbol or an electronic signature that evidences the signing of a record.
Signature Date means the date of signature of this Agreement by the Party last signing;

Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.
Authorized Signature means the signature of an individual authorized to receive funds on behalf of an applicant and responsible for the execution of the applicant’s project.
Departing Lender Signature Page means each signature page to this Agreement on which it is indicated that the Departing Lender executing the same shall cease to be a party to the Existing Credit Agreement on the Effective Date.
Counterpart means a counterpart to this Agreement entered into by a Subsidiary of Company pursuant to Section 21 hereof.
Signature Guarantee Participant in a recognized Signature Guarantee Medallion Program (or other signature guarantor program reasonably acceptable to the Trustee)
the First Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Second Schedule;

Amendment No. 1 means Amendment No. 1 to Credit Agreement dated as of October 25, 2016, by and among the Loan Parties, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
Digital Signature means authentication of any electronic record by a subscriber by means of an electronic method or procedure in accordance with the provisions of section 3;
Signatories means those companies or industry participants who sign this Voluntary Agreement, which shall include (but not be limited to) Equipment Manufacturers, Software Providers, Conditional Access Providers, Component Manufacturers and Service Providers.
Security Joinder Agreement means each Security Joinder Agreement, substantially in the form thereof attached to the Security Agreement, executed and delivered by a Guarantor or any other Person to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.12 or otherwise.
Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service as may be specified for the purpose of providing a Relevant Rate, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to that Relevant Rate.
Assignment and Conveyance Agreement As defined in Subsection 6.01.
Contract Signature Page(s) means the cover page(s) that the Department and Contractor sign.
Fixed Fee means an agreed upon amount that is fixed at the inception of the Contract. In a cost reimbursable contract, the fixed fee includes the contractor’s direct and indirect administrative costs and profit allocable to the Contract.
Guaranty Joinder Agreement means each Guaranty Joinder Agreement, substantially in the form thereof attached to the Guaranty, executed and delivered by a Guarantor or any other Person to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.12 or otherwise.
