Signage Areas definition

Signage Areas means collectively those portions of the external walls of the Development designated for the purpose of affixing advertising signage which are (in so far as the same are capable of being shown on plans) for the purposes of identification only shown coloured ▇▇▇▇▇ Hatched Black on the plans certified by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto, and “Signage Area” shall be construed accordingly;
Signage Areas. Those parts of the External Walls comprising Signage Area A, Signage Area B, Signage Area C, Signage Area D, Signage Area E, Signage Area F and Signage Area G reserved for advertising and logo signage and as for the purpose of identification only shown coloured Orange on the floor plans (certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person) and the Elevation Plans (certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person) hereto annexed and a “Signage Area” shall be construed accordingly.
