Sign Up Today. This is the primary contract form that supplies Name, Company Name and Date of Service as well as a signature for the client requesting services. Stipulations on this document override all directives in the remaining two documents.

Sign Up Today. (Electronic Online Agreement) means the Customer elects to submit the AtHomeNet Community Web Site Agreement via the internet and customer is legally bound to agree to all terms of service included; exactly as in the written agreement. "Web Site" means one or a series of web pages or frames available on the Internet containing information about Customer, and the Features, and other information and advertising arranged by AtHomeNet.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.

  • Design pressure means the hydrostatic pressure for which each structure or appliance assumed watertight in the intact and damage stability calculations is designed to withstand.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.
