SideFX definition

SideFX has the meaning set out in the preamble to this Agreement. "Software" has the meaning set out in the preamble to this Agreement.

Related to SideFX

  • Side Yard means a yard extending from the front yard to the rear yard between the side boundary of the parcel and the wall of main building thereon [see sketch in Schedule B];

  • Sidelights means a green light on the starboard side and a red light on the port side each showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 112.5 degrees and so fixed as to show the light from right ahead to 22.5 degrees abaft the beam on its respective side. In a vessel of less than 20 metres in length the sidelights may be combined in one lantern carried on the fore and aft centreline of the vessel.

  • NACE means National Association of Corrosion Engineers

  • Frontage means and refer to all the property on one side of a street between two intersecting streets measured along the line of the street, or if the street is dead-ended, then all of the property abutting on one side between an intersecting street and the dead end of the street.

  • Liner means a continuous layer of natural or man-made materials, beneath or on the sides of a surface impoundment, landfill, or landfill cell, which restricts the downward or lateral escape of hazardous waste, hazardous waste constituents, or leachate.

  • borehole means a hole sunk into the earth for the purpose of locating, abstracting or using subterranean water and includes a spring;

  • Pipe or “Piping” means a hollow cylinder or tubular conduit that is constructed of non-earthen materials.

  • Curbside “Curb” means that portion of the right-of-way adjacent to paved or traveled roadways, including the end of a driveway, curb line or alley line. Containers will be placed as close to the roadway as practicable without interfering with or endangering the movement of vehicles or pedestrians.

  • Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.

  • Dike means an embankment or ridge of either natural or man-made materials used to prevent the movement of liquids, sludges, solids, or other materials.

  • Backflow means the backflow of water or other liquids, mixtures, or substances into the distribution pipes of a potable water system from any source other than the intended source of the potable water supply.

  • Bulkhead means an airtight structure separating the working chamber from free air or from another chamber under a lower pressure than the working pressure;

  • LOT FRONTAGE means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.

  • Scalping means the situation where the Client opens too many positions in CFDs at the same time and closes them for less than five minutes or buying at Bid price and selling at Ask price, so as to gain the Bid/Ask difference.

  • Bag means a flexible packaging made of paper, plastics film, textiles, woven material or other suitable material;

  • Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.

  • Connector means a flanged, screwed, welded, or other joined fitting used to connect two pipelines or a pipeline and a piece of process equipment.

  • Firefighter means any regular, paid or volunteer, member of a lawfully constituted fire department of a municipal corporation, township, fire district, or village.

  • Brush means vegetation with stems less than six (6) inches diameter at breast height.

  • Drywell means an unlined or partially lined underground pit (regardless of geometry) into which drainage from roofs, basement floors, water softeners or other non-wastewater sources is discharged and from which the liquid seeps into the surrounding soil.

  • SID means the supplementary information document of which these Terms form part;

  • Suction outlet means the opening or fitting through which the water under negative pressure is drawn from the pool or spa.

  • border crossing point means any crossing-point authorised by the competent authorities for the crossing of external borders;

  • PNode has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Attenuation block means a block or stack, having dimensions 20 centimeters by 20 centimeters by 3.8 centimeters, of type 1100 aluminum alloy or other materials having equivalent attenuation.

  • Flashpoint means the minimum temperature at which a liquid gives off a vapor in sufficient concentration to ignite when tested as follows:
