SIAC definition

SIAC means the Singapore International Arbitration Centre;
SIAC means the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

Examples of SIAC in a sentence

  • If a party fails to nominate an arbitrator within thirty (30) days from the date when a party’s request for arbitration has been communicated to the other party, such appointment will be made by the SIAC.

  • All matters relating to arbitration will be governed by the SIAC Rules and not by any state or foreign arbitration law.
