Shrubbery definition

Shrubbery means a group of low, usually several stemmed woody plants.
Shrubbery means any planting or growth of single stemmed or several stemmed plant or brush whose foliage extends for a majority of the plant's height, including but not limited to single plantings or multiple arrangements of plants. (Ord. #77-1, Feb. 1977)
