Showtime License Fee definition
Showtime License Fee means the fees payable by Showtime to Explosion for the production of a Strikeforce Event (as defined in the Explosion Showtime Agreement) or ShoXC Event (as defined in the Explosion Showtime Agreement) under the terms of the Explosion Showtime Agreement.
