Short-Term Notes definition

Short-Term Notes means Securities that are collateralized in an amount equal to their full Outstanding principal amount and have a Stated Maturity thereof not in excess of 270 days after the date of original issuance thereof, or are payable upon demand on a date not later than 270 days after the date of original issuance thereof.
Short-Term Notes means the Notes issued with a maturity of less than one year.
Short-Term Notes means the notes to be issued by one or more Obligors to the US Borrower after the first Utilisation of the B4 Facility hereunder.
