We reserve the right to refuse a booking, deny embarkation, disembark, confine to a Stateroom, quarantine or remove any person from a cruise tour or Optional Shore Excursion who may be suffering from a contagious or infectious disease which either: a) has serious health consequences and is readily transmissible by casual contact in the context of travelling on, or using, a vessel or; b) which U.S. or international health agencies have determined should result in restrictions on travel.
