Shipping Guidelines definition

Shipping Guidelines means the storage and transport guidelines for the Product that are determined by mutual written agreement of the parties.
Shipping Guidelines means all CBSB written procedures, as approved by Tercica, describing the methods of packaging, preserving, monitoring, and shipping, any and all Tercica property, including the Drug Substance.
Shipping Guidelines means LONZA’s written procedures, as approved by PROTEON in writing, that describe the methods of packaging, preserving, monitoring and shipping any and all PROTEON property, including the Drug Substance.

  • Senti will be responsible for and will reimburse Provider for all Out-of-Pocket Costs of packaging, boxing and shipping for Products in accordance with the Shipping Guidelines.

  • Failure to comply with the Shipping Guidelines before or after serving a Defect Notice (as defined below) will invalidate Customer’s right to make any claim under this agreement for defects in those Products.
