Shipper Information definition
Shipper Information means all of the information and evidence to be provided by Shipper to Carrier pursuant to Section 2.3.
Shipper Information means, collectively, (i) the information provided by Shipper in Appendix A, and (ii) all of the information and evidence to be provided by Shipper to Carrier pursuant to Section 2.3.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any Shipper Information is commercially sensitive and confidential as expressly indicated by Shipper to Carrier, Carrier shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to obtain confidential treatment of such information by the Governmental Authority that has requested such information.
Carrier shall also consider the commercial sensitivity and confidentiality of Shipper Information on the part of Shipper and, where commercially reasonable to Carrier’s applications for Regulatory Approvals, seek to limit such information to Shipper Information that is not commercially sensitive or confidential.
