Ship Management Agreements definition

Ship Management Agreements means the Technical Management Agreement and the Commercial Management Agreement.
Ship Management Agreements means the 8 (eight) ship management agreements entered into before the date of this Agreement between each of the Subsidiaries on the one hand and Golar Management on the other, in each case as amended by the Transitional Services Agreement. "Tax Return" means any return, report, notice or other document or information submitted or required to be submitted to any Governmental Body in connection with the determination, assessment, collection or payment of any Tax or in connection with the enforcement of any law relating to Tax. "Terminating Lease Agreements" means the bareboat charterparties identified as such in Schedule 3.
