Ship B Shipbuilding Contract definition

Ship B Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract in respect of Ship B described in Part B of Schedule 2, as the same may be further supplemented and/or amended from time to time;

Ship B Shipbuilding Contract means, in relation to Ship B, the shipbuilding contract dated 21 September 2013 as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and originally entered into between the Chengxi Builder and Existing Buyer B in respect of the construction by the Chengxi Builder of Ship B as the same shall be assigned, transferred or novated by Existing Buyer B to SBI Perseus at or prior to the Delivery Date of Ship B;

Related to Ship B Shipbuilding Contract

  • Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;

  • Building Contract means a contract entered under Transportation Code, Chapter 223, Subchapter A for the construction or maintenance of a Department building or appurtenant facilities and considered to be a Highway Improvement Contract as defined in Texas Administrative Code, § 9.11.

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • Charter contract means a fixed term, renewable contract between a charter school and an authorizer that outlines the roles, powers, responsibilities, and performance expectations for each party to the contract.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • MOA means the Borrower’s Ministry of Agriculture;

  • O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • cargo ship means any ship which is not a passenger ship;

  • Construction Contract means the agreement(s) entered into between the Company and the Construction Contractor(s) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, completion, start-up, testing, and Commissioning of the Facility, and also includes any amendment to such agreement(s) made from time to time;

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • Architect's Contract means Lessee's contract with the Project Architect.

  • Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.

  • Tank vessel means a ship that is constructed or adapted to carry, or that carries, oil in bulk as cargo or cargo residue, and that:

  • Building Contractor means the building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;

  • Relevant Ship means the Ships and any other vessel from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, any Relevant Party;

  • sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;

  • Training Contract means a contract or an agreement for a Traineeship made between the Employer and an Employee to whom this Agreement applies, and that is registered with the relevant State or Territory Training Authority.

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);

  • Charter Agreement means an agreement made in accordance with Section 53G-5-303 that authorizes the operation of a charter school.

  • Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Pressure vessel means containers for the containment of pressure, either internal or external. This pressure may be obtained from an external source or by the application of heat from a direct or indirect source, or any combination thereof.

  • The Vessel means the vessel named in Box 5 and with particulars as stated in Boxes 6 to 12.
