Shareholding Proportion definition

Shareholding Proportion means the proportion of the Shares held by a Shareholder to the total number of issued Shares at the relevant time;
Shareholding Proportion in relation to any Shareholder, means, at any given time, the proportion in which the Shares for which that Shareholder is registered in MAT’s register of members bears to the total number of Shares issued in the capital of MAT;
Shareholding Proportion with respect to a shareholder of TopCo, the ratio of (a) the total number of ordinary shares held by that shareholder from time to time, to (b) the total number of ordinary shares in issue from time to time;

Shareholding Proportion means the proportion which the number of Shares owned such Shareholder bears to the total number of issued Shares.
