Shareholder Representation Letter definition

Shareholder Representation Letter means a shareholder representation letter distributed by FP Holding to holders of FP Holding Common Stock, FP Director Options and FP Warrants, pursuant to which such holders will be required to indicate whether each such holder qualifies as an Accredited Investor as of the date(s) specified therein.
