Shared Assets definition

Shared Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(a).
Shared Assets means assets used by the Seller Group both for purposes:
Shared Assets means all tracks, lands, easements, rights of way, structures, facilities, appurtenances and rights related thereto, which CRC owns, leases or otherwise has the right to operate over (including those segments over which CRC or an Operator possesses operating rights pursuant to Section 3(c)), and which are used for railway purposes in the Shared Assets Area, including the properties, rights, equipment, inventory and supplies, whether owned or leased, described or referred to in Item 3A of Schedule 1 (including Attachments I and II) of the Transaction Agreement, but excluding Operator's Facilities.

More Definitions of Shared Assets

Shared Assets means collectively, the Shared Contracts, the Shared Facilities, the Shared Permits and the Shared Real Property Rights.
Shared Assets means any asset (including Intellectual Property) owned by the Service Company or any License Subsidiary.

Shared Assets means all tangible and intangible assets of the Company that include rights and obligations in connection with both the Existing Systems and the New Systems, including (a) the Shared Facilities, (b) the DPL Agreements, (c) the PJM Agreements, (d) the MOMA, (e) the Site Leases, (f) the Administrative Services Agreement, (g) the Governmental Approvals (other than those exclusively related to either the Existing Systems or the New Systems, if any), and (h) Shared BOF.
