Share Purchase Warrants definition

Share Purchase Warrants or “Warrants” means the share purchase warrants issued hereunder entitling the holders thereof to purchase Shares on the basis of one Share for each whole Share Purchase Warrant upon payment of the Exercise Price prior to the Time of Expiry; provided that in each case the number and/or class of shares or securities receivable on the exercise of the Share Purchase Warrants may be subject to increase or decrease or change in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof;
Share Purchase Warrants means the Private Placement Warrants, Unit Warrants and Agent’s Warrants;
Share Purchase Warrants means the common share purchase warrants issued hereunder entitling the holders thereof to purchase Common Shares on the basis of one Common Share for each whole Share Purchase Warrant upon payment of the Exercise Price; provided that in each case the number and/or class of shares or securities receivable on the exercise of the Share Purchase Warrants may be subject to increase or decrease or change in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof;

Examples of Share Purchase Warrants in a sentence

  • On June 11, 2013, the Common Share Purchase Warrants (collectively the “Warrants”) that were issued on June 11, 2010 to the vendors of Riverland Ag, expired and were cancelled.

  • In such a case, the Remaining Share Purchase Warrants shall cease to be effective and the Restructured Company shall newly issue share purchase warrants.

More Definitions of Share Purchase Warrants

Share Purchase Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Preliminary Statements to this Agreement.
Share Purchase Warrants means the warrants to purchase Warrant Shares to be issued by the Company upon the exchange of the Subscription Receipt in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Subscription Receipt Agreement and having the characteristics as described in the Share Purchase Warrant Certificate;
Share Purchase Warrants means the Common Share purchase warrants of the Company outstand- ing as of the date of this Offering memorandum, each entitling the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at an exercise price and within a certain term after the warrants are issued to the agent, pursuant to the particular terms of the Warrant.
Share Purchase Warrants means the share purchase warrants as defined in the Private Placement, each of which will entitle the holder to a non-transferable right to purchase one share of common stock in the capital of Pubco for a period of 24 months commencing from the closing of the Private Placement at a price of $1.25 for the first twelve months following the closing of the Private Placement and at a price of $1.40 thereafter;
Share Purchase Warrants means the share purchase warrants referred to in Section 2.5 to be issued by the Borrower to the Lenders concurrently with the Advance of the Loan.
Share Purchase Warrants means the share purchase warrants as comprised in units issued on exercise of the Convertible Debenture, each of which will entitle the holder to a right to purchase one share of common stock in the capital of Tryx for a period of 3 years commencing from the closing of the Convertible Debenture at a price of $1.00;
