Share Grant Agreement definition

Share Grant Agreement means the agreement between the Company and a Grantee who is awarded Shares under the Plan that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to the award of such Shares.

Examples of Share Grant Agreement in a sentence

  • Vesting shall occur, in full or in installments, upon satisfaction of the conditions specified in the Share Grant Agreement which may include performance conditions or Performance Goals.

  • The Employer and Executive acknowledge and agree that the restrictive covenants in Article V in this Agreement supersede and replace in their entirety the restrictive covenants in any Restricted Stock Share Grant Agreement between Orrstown and Executive entered into prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient; and
