Shanghai WFOE means Shanghai Yiqi Zuoye Information Technology Co., Ltd. (上海一起作业信息科技有限公司), a company organized and existing under the laws of the PRC which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the HK Company.
Shanghai WFOE means Shanghai Yong Xiong Information Technology Services Co., Ltd. (“上海永雄信息技术服务有限公司” in Chinese).

Shanghai WFOE has the meaning ascribed to such term in Schedule 3 attached to this Agreement.
Shanghai WFOE means Starway Hotels Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the PRC.
