SGRP Company definition

SGRP Company means SPAR Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("SGRP"), or any direct or indirect subsidiary of SGRP. The subsidiaries of SGRP at the referenced date are listed in Exhibit 21.1 to SGRP's most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (a copy of which can be viewed at the Corporation's website (xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx) under the tab/sub-tab of Investor Relations/SEC Filings).
SGRP Company means SGRP, any Parent of SGRP, or any direct or indirect Subsidiary of SGRP. The subsidiaries of SGRP at the referenced date are listed in Exhibit 21.1 to SGRP's most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (a copy of which can be viewed at the Corporation's website (www.SMFinc.com) under the tab/sub-tab of Investor Relations/SEC Filings).
SGRP Company means any of SGRP and its direct and indirect subsidiaries. The subsidiaries of SGRP include (without limitation) those companies listed in Exhibit 21.1 to SGRP's Annual Report on Form 10-K as then most recently filed with the SEC. SGRP Companies mean only SGRP and its subsidiaries and are not intended (and shall not be deemed or construed) to ever include any Approved Affiliate Company irrespective of their adoption of or inclusion or deemed inclusion in various definitions and provisions from time to time in this Ethics Code.

Examples of SGRP Company in a sentence

  • The Company shall (or shall cause the applicable SGRP Company to) pay to, or distribute to or for the benefit of, the Employee such amounts as are then due to the Employee under this Agreement and shall timely pay to, or distribute to or for the benefit of, the Employee in the future such amounts as become due to the Employee under this Agreement.

  • However, no SGRP Company (other than the Company) shall have, or shall be deemed or construed to have, any obligation or liability to the Employee under this Agreement or otherwise.

  • The Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA") shall govern this section, or if for any reason the FAA does not apply, the arbitration law of the state in which the Grantee last rendered labor or services to the Corporation or other applicable SGRP Company.

  • In December 1994 in response to a letter from the Malaysian Chinese Association enquiring as to a response to the Petition the High Commissioner said he was looking into the current position.

  • In any action, suit or proceeding in any jurisdiction brought against the Grantee by the Corporation or any other SGRP Company, or vice versa, each Party and the Corporation each waive trial by jury.

  • The Grantee and the Corporation (on behalf of itself and each other applicable SGRP Company) each waive the right to have a court or jury trial on any arbitrable claim.

  • These firms are credit rationed: that is, assuming that these growth firms are otherwise observationally indistinct from successful applicants, banks are rationing credit on some basis other than price.

  • The arbitration will take place at the JAMS (or AAA) office closest to the place where the Grantee last rendered labor or services to the Corporation or other applicable SGRP Company.

  • Except only for those Arbitration Exclusions, binding arbitration shall replace going before any government agency or a court for a judge or jury trial, and neither the Grantee, nor the Corporation nor any other applicable SGRP Company is permitted to bring any claim or action before any such entity.

  • If the Grantee is no longer employed by any SGRP Company due to the Grantee's permanent Disability and prior to vesting pursuant to 3 above, all of the Grantee's remaining unvested Phantom Stock Units shall immediately and automatically vest notwithstanding any vesting schedule in the Agreement.

  • Group Company means any one of them;
