SFls means Standing Financial Instructions.
SFls mean, in respect of any Person, all liabilities, obligations, contingencies, instruments and other Liabilities of a financial nature with Third Parties of, or relating to, such Person, including any of the following:
SFls means the Trust’s Standing Financial Instructions which regulate the conduct of Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors and Nominated Officers in relation to all financial matters with which they are concerned.
