Examples of SFG Returns in a sentence

  • Except as described on Part 2.18 of the Disclosure Schedules, all amounts shown on the SFG Returns to be due on or before the Closing Date, and all amounts otherwise payable in connection with the SFG Returns on or before the Closing Date, have been or will be paid on or before the Closing Date.

  • SFG has delivered to the Purchaser accurate and complete copies of all audit reports and similar documents (to which SFG has access) relating to SFG Returns.
